We are seeking a SaaS Operations Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of a growing AI recruiting platform. You will support job postings, candidate workflows, employer accounts, and internal operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and enjoys working with modern web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and application workflows
• Review and organize candidate submissions
• Support employer accounts and requests
• Monitor platform activity and flag issues
• Assist with reports, data cleanup, and quality control
