Growth Marketing Assistant – SaaS (Remote)

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Assistant to help drive traffic, users, and employer signups for a fast-growing AI recruiting platform.

You will work directly with the founding team to promote job listings, improve SEO, manage content, and increase platform visibility.

Responsibilities

• Promote job listings across job boards and social platforms
• Help optimize job descriptions and landing pages for SEO
• Assist with email campaigns and outreach
• Track traffic, signups, and application metrics
• Suggest growth ideas to increase candidates and employers
• Help improve brand awareness and online presence
