Customer Support & Success Specialist – Australia

We are building an Australia-wide Customer Support and Success Talent Pool to support SaaS, e-commerce, and digital service companies that serve customers around the world.

This pool gives candidates access to multiple customer-facing roles, including onboarding, technical support, and account management.

You may work on:

• Helping customers use software platforms
• Managing support tickets and live chat
