Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, creating reports and dashboards, and identifying trends that can improve performance, strategy, and efficiency across departments.


Key Responsibilities

* Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support strategic decision-making.

* Interpret data to identify opportunities for operational and business improvements.

* Prepare and present analytical reports to management and stakeholders.

* Support data governance and data quality initiatives.

* Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.

* Stay up to date with data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.


Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Requirements for a Data Analyst: Soft Skills Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions. Communication Skills Explain technical findings clearly to non-technical users. Attention to Detail Ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Critical Thinking Analyze information logically and make recommendations. Time Management Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience Internship or previous experience in data analysis is often preferred. Experience with data tools and reporting systems is an advantage.
