Transcriptionist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transcriptionist. Key Responsibilities:

• Transcription: Listen to audio or video recordings and transcribe the content into written text with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verbatim Transcription: Capture speech patterns, accents, and non-verbal cues in the transcription process when required.
• Formatting: Format transcripts according to company guidelines, including proper punctuation, paragraphing, and formatting of speaker identification.
• Proofreading: Review transcripts for errors or discrepancies and make corrections as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Time Management: Manage workload effectively to meet transcription deadlines and turnaround times.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
