Who We're Looking For

1. 2–5 years of professional software development experience
2. Comfortable working across the full stack or with a clear backend or frontend focus
3. Experience shipping production code in a collaborative team environment
4. Familiarity with modern tools: Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
5. Strong communicator who can work async across time zones
