Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our mission-driven team. You will design, build, and scale high-impact systems that power critical national infrastructure and defense technologies.

What You’ll Do:

Architect and implement robust backend/frontend systems using modern languages (e.g., Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or Java)

Lead technical design reviews and drive best practices for scalability, security, and reliability

Collaborate with product, security, and hardware teams to deliver software that meets strict compliance standards

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems in production environments

Requirement:

7+ years of professional software development experience

Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Proficiency in at least one compiled language (Go, Rust, C++, Java) and one scripting language

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automated testing

U.S. Citizenship – required for compliance with ITAR / EAR

Nice-to-Have:

Active or recent U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)

Experience in defense, aerospace, or government software projects

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices (NIST 800-171, CMMC)

Worked with real-time systems, IoT, or embedded software
