Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, code, and maintain low-level C/C++ networking and system software for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Machine Learning (ML) workloads.
  2. Optimize collective operations to scale multi-node distributed AI training and inference platforms.
  3. Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, scientist teams, system architects, and infrastructure experts.
  4. Lead architectural decisions, promote software best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  2. 5+ years of proficiency in low-level C/C++ programming.
  3. 5+ years of experience leading system architecture, design patterns, and scalability for complex projects.
  4. Hands-on experience across the full SDLC, including code reviews, testing, build systems, and operational monitoring.
  5. Proven track record as a technical lead, mentor, or engineering owner.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong foundation in Linux kernel development, embedded systems, and performant systems coding.
  2. Experience with high-speed networking, HPC interconnects, or ML communication libraries (e.g., NCCL, NIXL, NVSHMEM).
  3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
