Role - Software Engineer (Multi-Location / Multi-Client)

Required Technical Skills

Frontend & Web Development

1. Core Technologies: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS
2. State Management: Redux Toolkit, Context API, React Query

Backend & API Architecture

1. Core Languages/Frameworks: Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java (Spring Boot)
2. API Design: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets

Databases & Storage

1. Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL
2. NoSQL / In-Memory: MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB

Cloud & DevOps

1. Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS) or GCP / Azure
2. Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
3. CI/CD & Version Control: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Git

Testing & Security

1. Testing: Jest, Cypress, PyTest
2. Security & Auth: OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, RBAC implementation

Qualifications & Experience

1. Experience: 5+ years in full-stack software development with 2+ years leading project deliveries for enterprise clients.
2. Environment: Proven capability working across distributed locations and fast-paced multi-client accounts.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design end-to-end scalable backend microservices, modern frontend applications, and robust data pipelines across multi-tenant systems.
2. Client & Delivery Management: Interface with client technical leads, clarify business requirements, translate them into system designs, and oversee quality standards across distributed teams.
3. Full-Stack Development: Write clean, modular, testable code for core platform services, web applications, and API integrations.
4. Performance & Infrastructure Optimization: Architect resilient CI/CD pipelines, optimize database performance, and ensure cloud security compliance across multiple client tenant environments.
5. Technical Guidance: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, enforce code reviews, and drive best practices in DevOps and software design patterns.
