Office Assistant & Social Media Content Creator

Orlando, FL | Part-time, in person

Pay: $15-25]/hour, based on experience

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week, [days/times]

About us

We need someone who can keep the office running and also be the face of our brands online.

The role

This is a hybrid job, split between office work and content creation. You'll support daily operations for the team, and you'll also appear on camera and model in photo and video content for our companies' social media and marketing. Being comfortable on camera is a core requirement of this job.

What you'll do

Office (about 50–60%)

1. Answer phones, emails, and walk-in visitors professionally
2. Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized for several companies
3. Do data entry, filing, and CRM updates
4. Help prepare invoices and proposals, and keep documents organized
5. Order supplies and keep the office running smoothly

Content and on-camera work (about 40–50%)

1. Appear on camera and model in photos, short-form videos, reels, and stories
2. Wear branded apparel, and costumes or wardrobe as needed, for themed content and promotions
3. Present products, projects, and services on camera, including showroom tours, before-and-afters, and team highlights
4. Help plan, film, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
5. Post content, reply to comments and DMs, and track what's performing
6. Represent the company at events, showroom visits, and community outreach

What we're looking for

1. Comfortable and confident on camera, including modeling and appearing in public-facing content
2. Office, front desk, or customer service experience
3. Strong communication skills and a professional presence
4. Organized and reliable, and able to switch between tasks
5. Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
6. Familiar with Instagram and TikTok (CapCut or Canva experience is a plus)
7. Must be 18 or older
8. Reliable transportation to our Orlando-area office
9. Available for the listed part-time schedule, with some flexibility for occasional shoots or events

Nice to have

1. Content creation, modeling, acting, or on-camera experience
2. A social media portfolio or examples of content you've made
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish
