Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping our technology stack, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software systems
2. Lead architecture decisions and contribute to system design discussions
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
4. Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members
5. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
8. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of professional software development experience
2. Strong proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go)
3. Experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring, etc.)
4. Solid understanding of system design and architecture
5. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
7. Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
3. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
4. Background in agile development methodologies
