Remote Live Chat Support WFH

Lifetimedealing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Support representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate information, and helping resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related questions
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
4. Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all customer interactions
5. Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
6. Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team to improve customer experience
7. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality service
8. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer communication

Requirements

1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
2. Must currently reside in the United States or Canada
3. Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-service orientation
5. Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once
6. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
7. Proficiency with live chat software, email, and basic computer applications
8. Previous customer service or live chat support experience preferred
