REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ LIVE CHAT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via live chat. The ideal candidate will assist customers in real time, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat platforms

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company procedures

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Proven experience in customer service or live chat support is an advantage

• Excellent written communication and typing skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat/support software

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends (if required).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom)

• Fast typing speed with high accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
