We're hiring a Recruiter (German-speaking) to join a global technology and services leader in Lisbon — helping power some of the brands you use every day.

What you'll do:

📋 Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding

🤝 Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

💬 Guide candidates through a smooth, communicative hiring journey

📊 Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics

What you'll need:

🗣️ Fluent German (C1–C2) + strong English

💼 1+ years of recruitment experience (BPO/corporate environment a plus)

🎯 Strong sourcing, organizational, and negotiation skills
