A leading specialty metals manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the Quality Management System at its Bridgeville, PA, facility.


This position is responsible for ensuring that all quality systems, processes, and certifications meet or exceed regulatory, customer, and industry requirements.


The Quality Assurance Manager will lead continuous improvement efforts, oversee audits, manage corrective actions, and collaborate across departments to uphold the company’s reputation for producing premium specialty steel products.

This operation is a cornerstone of a world-class specialty steel manufacturer, producing advanced nickel alloy, stainless steel, and low-alloy materials that serve critical markets including aerospace, power generation, oil & gas, and heavy equipment.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of quality management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and certifications including ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap (Heat Treating & Materials Testing), and ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Proven experience with quality auditing, nonconformance evaluation, and corrective action systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality data systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
