Personal Injury Case Manager

I have partnered with a mid sized personal injury law firm in Pasadena to hire three case managers.

Requirements

1. Manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates
3. Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment
4. Communicate with medical providers
5. Work with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage, and settlement discussions
6. Explain insurance coverage, medical treatment, and property damage issues to clients
7. Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
8. Must have prior experience as a case manager in a personal injury pre-litigation firm
9. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
10. Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset
