We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Poster to accurately post and reconcile customer or patient payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Duties & Requirements

  1. Post ACH, EFT, checks, credit card, and other payments accurately.
  2. Apply payments to the correct accounts and invoices.
  3. Reconcile payment batches and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Process adjustments, refunds, and account corrections as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate payment records and documentation.
  6. Assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
  7. 1+ year of payment posting, billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience preferred.
  8. Experience with accounting or billing software and Excel.
  9. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  10. Reliable internet and ability to work independently from home.
