Part-Time Warehouse Worker – Truck Unloader & Palletizer (On-Call)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and flexible Warehouse Associate to join our team part-time. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload inbound shipping containers/freight trucks and palletize boxes for storage. Because our workload depends entirely on container arrival schedules, this position requires someone with a flexible schedule who can stay on call.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Unload freight trucks and shipping containers efficiently by hand.
2. Sort, stack, and palletize incoming boxes and products according to guidelines.
3. Wrap pallets securely using shrink wrap and move them using a manual pallet jack.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse dock area.
5. Follow all company safety procedures and lifting protocols.

Requirements:

1. On-Call Availability: Must be available to work within a 24-hour / 1-day notice when containers arrive.
2. Ability to handle heavy physical labor and lift boxes repeatedly.
3. Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation to Pompano Beach.
4. Prior experience in warehouse loading/unloading or logistics is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Hours:

1. 15 to 25 hours per week (depending on container volume).
2. Shift Times: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM.
3. Days: Monday through Friday (schedule varies based on delivery days).
