A leading specialty metals manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, oversee preventive programs, and guide a team of skilled technicians. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities

Supervise and provide daily direction to maintenance personnel.


Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems.


Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.


Manage ordering and inventory of repair materials and spare parts.


Support upgrades to plant infrastructure, including power, water, air, and gas distribution systems.


Assist in capital expenditure planning by evaluating equipment performance and recommending improvements.


Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and quality policies.


Interpret technical specifications and blueprints to guide repairs and upgrades.


Provide training and mentorship for department personnel.


Maintain first-class housekeeping and enforce operational standards.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • High school diploma required; AS or BS in Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of frontline supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical background; experience in metals or specialty manufacturing preferred.
  • Knowledge of high-voltage distribution systems; PLCs, drives, and controls a plus.
  • Proficiency with industrial electrical/mechanical testing and repairs.
  • Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
