Machinist / Assembly Tech

Advance Here! A Sidney precision parts MFG has Machinist / Assembly Tech jobs @ $25-$33 per hour, BOE. These 1st shift, Assembly/Service techs will assemble, repair and rebuild a wide range of machined, mechanical assemblies.

Job Duties:

1. Milling of machine parts for precision assemblies.
2. Assemble simple to complex mechanical assemblies per blueprints and drawings.
3. Manufacture to End User Assembly Servicing.
4. Crate equipment for shipment.
5. Approximately 10% travel required for installation. repair and customer training.
6. Technical inspection reports and service trip reports
7. Work with engineering and sales to resolve assembly issues.
8. Provide phone and email support for customers.
9. Employee training.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED.

12. Proficient using the Metric System.
13. Good Problem Solving Skills.
14. Machining and Electrical experience & knowledge a PLUS.
15. Industrial Maintenance experience a PLUS.
