  3. Conduct primarily interview-based examinations with appropriate physical assessments
  4. Complete evaluations through the designated provider portal
  5. Complete and submit DBQs/reports within 48 hours of examinations
  6. Complete required follow-up administrative work
  7. Respond to requests for addendums and medical opinions
  8. Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

  8. Active NPI number
  9. Appropriate state NP licensure for the location where services will be performed
  10. Ability to complete reports and DBQs within required deadlines

You do not need your own office for this opportunity.

Candidates should be prepared to provide their NP license number, state(s) of licensure and NPI number during screening.

Schedule

Providers have the flexibility to work:

  1. Half days: approximately 4 hours
  2. Full days: approximately 8 hours
  3. Approximately 10+ hours per week, subject to examination demand and provider availability

Some follow-up administrative work is required after examinations.
