About the Role

Are you an experienced, top-producing Loan Officer ready to transition your production success into leadership? We are seeking a dynamic Loan Officer Team Lead to manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing unit. You will lead a dedicated team of up to 5–6 licensed Loan Officers, alongside a rotating group of Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) in training.

This role offers direct, daily access to the Owners—two of the most elite, respected minds in the mortgage industry giving you a masterclass in leadership, modern tech integration, and scaling techniques.

Compensation & Path to Growth

1. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $400,000+ annually.
2. Negotiable Structure: Base salary and overriding commission structures are highly negotiable depending on your experience and skillset.
3. Clear Upward Mobility: This position is designed for an ambitious leader looking to scale their career into a Division Lead role.

Qualifications

1. Active mortgage originations license with a proven track record of consistent personal production.
2. Prior experience managing, mentoring, or coaching other originators is highly preferred.
3. Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, structuring complex files, and motivating a sales team.
4. Ability to work in-office daily in Southfield, MI.
