You will work alongside top-producing originators, learning the mortgage industry from the ground up while receiving a structured path to earning your professional license and writing your own loans.

Compensation & Career Path

1. First 30 Days: $15.00 per hour + uncapped commission to keep you supported while you learn the ropes.
2. Day 31+: Transition to a full commission structure with a secure monthly draw against your future commissions, giving you both the safety net of steady cash flow and the unlimited earning potential of commission.

Qualifications

1. No prior mortgage experience required—we provide the training, tools, and mentorship.
2. Highly self-motivated, coachable, and eager to pick up the phone.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. High school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer service experience is a major plus.
