Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner
2. Provide accurate information about services, accounts, or issues
3. Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex cases when needed
4. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications
5. Document customer interactions and update support tickets
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and fast resolution times

Requirements

1. Strong written communication skills
2. Ability to type quickly and accurately
3. Basic computer and internet navigation skills
