Psych Med Management is actively seeking skilled Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team. This is an opportunity for mental health professionals committed to providing high-quality counseling services and making a tangible difference in the lives of diverse clients.


This role offers the flexibility of a remote/virtual position, allowing you to deliver essential care from anywhere within Wisconsin. While primarily virtual, there are future possibilities for in-person client engagement. We understand the importance of work-life balance and give providers the autonomy to create their own work schedules. We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates, without the burden of on-call hours.


At Psych Med Management, you will benefit from our administrative support staff, enabling you to focus your energy on client care. We are looking for individuals who possess a current Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) or will obtain one prior to their hire date.


Duties:

* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs and formulate diagnoses.

* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals and circumstances.

* Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, or families via a secure telehealth platform.

* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

* Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing professional counseling practice in Wisconsin.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Completetion of supervied hours prior to start date
