Compensation Highlights

1. Base salary ranging approximately from the mid-$500Ks to $640K+ based on experience
2. Annual quality/productivity bonus opportunities
3. Sign-on bonus up to $100K

Practice Environment

1. Broad general anesthesia case mix with strong orthopedic volume
2. Significant regional anesthesia and block exposure
3. No cardiac, neuro, or spine cases required
4. Minimal pediatric exposure
5. Collaborative medical direction model with CRNA support
6. Combination of supervision and limited personally performed cases
7. Collegial, team-focused department culture

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
2. Perform and oversee regional anesthesia procedures and nerve blocks
3. Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs
4. Participate in shared call rotation
5. Maintain a patient-centered and team-oriented practice approach

Schedule & Call Structure

1. Monday–Friday schedule with strong work-life balance
2. Shared 1:5 call rotation
3. CRNAs take first call coverage
4. Home call with reasonable response radius
5. Post-call time off provided
6. Flexible and supportive scheduling environment
