Position Overview

The Help Desk / IT Support Specialist will provide first-line technical assistance to employees and users, helping resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to IT support requests via chat, email, or ticketing system
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
3. Assist with system access, password resets, and account setup
4. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams
5. Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
6. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
7. Provide clear communication to non-technical users
8. 
   

Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of computer systems, Windows/Mac OS, and common software
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
4. Customer service or IT support experience preferred
5. Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
6.
