Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Global Technical Recruiter to help us find, screen, and recruit software developers and IT professionals from around the world. This role is available as full-time employment or contract engagement. The position is ideal for someone who understands software engineering roles, communicates confidently with developers, and can build a strong global talent pipeline for a fast-growing technology company. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of technical recruitment experience, strong English communication skills at C1 level or higher, and proven experience hiring software developers or IT professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Source qualified software developers and IT professionals from LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, developer communities, referrals, recruiter networks, and social platforms.
  2. Recruit candidates for Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, DevOps Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Cloud Engineer, QA Engineer, Mobile Developer, and Technical Lead roles.
  3. Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, GitHub profiles, portfolios, project experience, and technical backgrounds.
  4. Conduct first-round screening interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, English level, availability, compensation expectations, and role fit.
  5. Understand technical job requirements and translate them into clear sourcing strategies.
  6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified global developer candidates.
  7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and company leadership or technical evaluators.
  8. Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, pipeline status, and follow-up schedules.
  9. Write and publish clear job posts for technical roles and communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  10. Provide weekly recruitment reports covering sourced candidates, screened candidates, interview-ready candidates, and hiring progress.
  11. Improve recruitment outreach messages, screening forms, candidate tracking systems, and hiring workflows.


Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  2. Proven experience recruiting software developers or IT professionals.
  3. Strong understanding of common software engineering roles and technical skills.
  4. English communication level of C1 or higher.
  5. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, referrals, or recruiter networks.
  6. Ability to review technical resumes and understand real project experience.
  7. Ability to conduct professional first-round interviews.
  8. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
  9. Ability to work independently in a remote global team.
  10. Comfortable using spreadsheets, ATS tools, CRM tools, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar tracking tools.
  11. High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.

Technical Knowledge Required

The recruiter does not need to be a developer, but must understand the basics of these technologies and roles:

  1. JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  2. AWS, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud engineering, and AI/ML/LLM concepts.
  3. Full stack development, backend development, frontend development, QA engineering, and technical leadership roles.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience recruiting for US-based companies or international clients.
  2. Experience in IT consulting, staffing, outsourcing, software development, or technology services companies.
  3. Experience hiring remote software developers globally.
  4. Existing network of software developers or IT professionals.
  5. Experience recruiting candidates from LATAM, Europe, Asia, Africa, or other global markets.
  6. Familiarity with technical interview processes.
  7. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Indeed, Jobright, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  8. Experience hiring AI/ML engineers, LLM engineers, cloud engineers, senior full stack developers, or DevOps engineers.

  2. Fluent in English and comfortable speaking with developers.
  3. Experienced in global recruiting with fast follow-ups.

  5. Can confidently find strong software developers, understand their technical background, screen them professionally, communicate clearly in English, and build a reliable candidate pipeline.

Compensation

Compensation is flexible based on experience and whether you join full-time or on contract. Possible structures include fixed monthly payment for full-time engagement, hourly or project-based contract rates, commission per successful hire, or base payment plus performance bonus. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview.
