Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager for a high-volume upscale dining concept in the Dallas market. This individual will oversee all daily operations, lead and develop teams, drive financial performance, and ensure an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

1. Lead and inspire managers and hourly team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
2. Oversee all daily restaurant operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction
3. Maintain operational excellence, food safety standards, and compliance procedures
4. Support business growth initiatives, local marketing efforts, and overall operational strategy

Team Development & Staffing

1. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor top hospitality talent
2. Foster a positive, high-performing, team-oriented culture
3. Conduct performance evaluations and leadership development initiatives
4. Maintain strong communication and accountability across all departments

Financial & Business Performance

1. Monitor labor, sales, and operational costs to maximize profitability
2. Drive sales growth through guest engagement, networking, and marketing initiatives
3. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management
4. Ensure compliance with reporting, inventory, and operational controls

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service dining environments
2. Upscale dining or steakhouse experience preferred
3. Proven success leading teams, managing budgets, and driving sales performance
4. Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills
5. Experience with restaurant systems such as MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable, or similar platforms
6. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced hospitality environment
