Compensation

• Base Salary: $175,000 – $250,000 per year
• Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k, and Profit Sharing

Role Summary

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to join a well-established practice focused on the defense of general negligence, toxic torts, and construction litigation. The role also involves exposure to a wide range of complex civil matters including premises liability, railroad litigation, products liability, construction litigation, and professional liability.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery requests and responses
• Draft pretrial motions
• Conduct legal research efficiently
• Assist in trial preparation
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with reliability, organization, and strong work ethic

Must-Have Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 5–10 years of experience
• Litigation defense experience
• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure
• Excellent written and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in toxic torts defense
• Federal court practice experience
