A Smart Work Schedule with a 12 Hour Shift Rotation.

1. Week 1 : Three days on the job with 4 days off.
2. Week 2 : Four days on the job with 3 days off.
3. Schedule: 8 PM - 8:30 AM
4. Make $18 per hour to start, with (literally) *1/2 of the month off.*
5. $50 Attendance Bonus Per Week (A Bump to$19.19 per hour on Nights)

Duties:

1. Remove scrap plastic from collection bin & move to the recycling area.
2. Operate Shredder Machine.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
4. Move and store baled materials and finished products using a forklift.
5. Attend Staff Meetings to discuss production goals & process improvement.
6. Operate Extrusion Machine.
7. Maintain Production Logs
8. Maintain Quality Standards.
9. Reading, interpreting and analyzing production orders.
10. Accurately count and report production and inventory.
11. Adhere to all Safety Protocols & Use of PPE.
