📌 ABOUT US:

We are Ratuza, an emerging and innovative tech project building a next-generation AI & Automation Ecosystem. As we move into our next phase of early-stage growth, we are looking for a well-connected Freelance Fundraiser, Finder, or Investment Broker to help us secure a small micro-investment of $5,000 USD from US-based angel investors or micro-VCs.

💼 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leverage your personal investor network, databases, or platforms to find active US angel investors.

- Pitch our startup vision, share our materials, and arrange introductory meetings between the founders and potential investors.

- Manage and follow up on the deal communication until the $5,000 micro-funding round is successfully closed.

💎 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

- Please note: This is a 100% performance-and-success-fee-based contract role. There is no fixed monthly base salary.

- You will earn a flat success fee of $400 USD immediately after the $5,000 USD investment is officially secured and successfully received by our company.

🚀 REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in cold outreach, pitch deck presentation, or startup deal-sourcing.

- An active network or deep knowledge of how to reach and clear deals with US-based angel networks.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
