​We are seeking a high-caliber Freelance Startup Fundraiser / Angel Investment Scout with an active network of angel investors, family offices, or High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) to help us close our $10,000 Pre-Seed Round.

​All essential investment materials—including our Pitch Deck, Financial Forecast Model, and Technical Architecture—are 100% finalized and ready for immediate investor review.

​Investment Structure & Terms:

1. ​Funding Goal: $10,000 USD
2. ​Deal Structure: 100% Revenue-Share / Profit-Share (Strictly 0% Equity / Shares given away; Founder retains 100% company ownership).
3. ​Fundraiser Compensation: 100% Performance-Based Success Fee of 7% ($700 USD) paid immediately upon capital deposit into our business account.
4. ​Upfront Fees Policy: STRICTLY ZERO. We do not pay retainers, hourly rates, underwriting charges, or upfront evaluation fees.
