1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial modeling to support business objectives.
2. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards; coordinate audits and tax filings.
3. Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize capital allocation and minimize financial risk.
4. Strategic Business Partnering: Deliver actionable insight and financial guidance to cross-functional department leads to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
5. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance/accounting team, promoting continuous development and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA certification preferred).
2. 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a manager or team-lead role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Hyperion).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
