About the Role

Seeking an accomplished and results-driven Director of Sales to join our fully remote national sales team. This senior-level individual contributor role is focused exclusively on new business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth—not people management.

We are looking for an experienced staffing industry sales professional with a strong track record of opening new markets, building executive-level relationships, and closing enterprise and mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who excels at creating opportunities, managing complex consultative sales cycles, and consistently exceeding revenue objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution for direct-hire recruiting, while expanding Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing solutions across enterprise and mid-market organizations throughout the United States.

This is an opportunity for a strategic sales leader who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and making a direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, target, and secure new enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States.
  2. Own the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
  3. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  4. Build and maintain executive relationships with decision-makers across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Procurement, Operations, and Contingent Workforce Management.
  5. Utilize an established professional network to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate sales pipeline development.
  6. Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets, revenue goals, and performance objectives.
  7. Expand Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing solutions within new and existing client organizations.
  8. Partner closely with recruiting, delivery, and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term client success.
  9. Represent Reflik at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  10. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, sales activity tracking, and opportunity management within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  11. Stay current on staffing industry trends, workforce solutions, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs.

Required Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of successful business development and sales experience within the professional staffing and recruiting industry.
  2. Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients.
  3. Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
  4. Established relationships with decision-makers across Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Human Resources, MSP programs, and Contingent Workforce Management.
  5. Strong professional network within the staffing, recruiting, and talent acquisition ecosystem.
  6. Experience managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  7. Highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional with exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and closing capabilities.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  9. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  11. Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Zoom.
  12. Ability and willingness to travel domestically several times per year.
  13. Must be authorized to work and reside within the United States.

Preferred Experience

  1. Professional staffing sales experience in one or more of the following areas:

  6. Experience selling MSP, RPO, Direct Hire, Contingent Workforce, or workforce management solutions.
