Position Overview

Join the DevSecOps Platform and Automation Services team to lead strategic initiatives, including Dev2030 and Internal Developer Portal projects. This senior role bridges SAFe Agile Scrum facilitation, technical program management, and business operations to drive software delivery across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Leadership: Serve as Scrum Master for delivery teams, translating developer needs, architecture standards, and business goals into prioritized features and user stories.
2. Process & Governance: Drive ITSM process implementation, roadmaps, release notes, and service improvement efforts across cross-functional teams.
3. Performance & Compliance: Define performance metrics, investigate operational deviations, audit ITSM processes, and ensure enterprise compliance.
4. Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, security, platform, and vendor partners while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT, including 4+ years implementing/supporting ITSM processes and 4+ years in a leadership role.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3. Key Skills: SAFe, Scrum Master facilitation, DevSecOps, ITSM frameworks, and technical project management.
