DATA ANALYST

NDG is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive key business decisions and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights - Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data warehouses for efficient data analysis and reporting - Create and present clear and comprehensive data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to key stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements for data analysis - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and make actionable recommendations - Proactively monitor and identify data quality issues and work to resolve them - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and implement new tools and techniques as needed - Train and support team members in understanding and utilizing data analysis tools and techniques effectively Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role - Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI - Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and present findings to stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems independently - Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing data is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why work with us?
