Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing technology team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights and support data-driven business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, data visualization, reporting, and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
2. Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
3. Perform data analysis using Python, Pandas, and NumPy.
4. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
5. Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
6. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.
7. Perform data validation and quality checks.
8. Develop KPIs and performance reports.
9. Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
10. Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Collaborate with software development, business, and management teams.
