About the Role:

Allina Health is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients, delivering high-quality support while ensuring a positive experience across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist patients with scheduling, billing questions, and general service inquiries
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
4. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism
5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
6. 
   

Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required)
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
4. Proficiency with computers and customer management systems
5. High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
