Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat

* Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient and administrative data in internal systems

* Assist with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general service requests

* Verify and process information with a high level of accuracy

* Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

* Follow all company policies, including confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

* 1–2 years of customer service or data entry experience

* Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

* Basic knowledge of healthcare processes is a plus
