Qualifications

  • 7+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience at a law firm or in-house
  • Strong background in commercial leasing, acquisitions, development, and financing
  • Top academic credentials (JD from an accredited law school, strong academic record)
  • Admission to the state bar (or ability to waive in)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to originate business (preferred for Junior Partner)
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client management skills

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (retail/office/industrial), and development transactions
  • Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements
  • Advise clients on entity formation, due diligence, zoning, and title/survey matters
  • Manage financing transactions (construction loans, permanent financing, and refinancings)
  • Build and maintain client relationships with developers, investors, and institutional clients
