Civil Engineer – Site & Land Development

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a range of site development and land planning projects. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility and contribute more directly to project delivery and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design and execution of site development projects from initial concept through final construction
2. Develop and review plans for grading, drainage, utilities, and overall site layout
3. Perform engineering analyses and calculations to support design decisions and regulatory compliance
4. Collaborate with internal teams including surveyors, planners, and other engineering staff to ensure cohesive project outcomes
5. Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle
6. Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and documentation

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil/site development engineering
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus
4. Strong understanding of local and state design standards and permitting processes
5. Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
