Job Description

The Canvasser role is a part-time, on-site position based in Springfield, MO. In this role, the Canvasser will go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to introduce All Seasons Roofing and Restoration’s services, engage residents in conversation, and identify potential customers. Daily tasks include explaining service offerings, answering basic questions, collecting contact information, and scheduling follow-up appointments for the sales team. The Canvasser will also distribute marketing materials, maintain accurate records of leads and interactions, and provide feedback on neighborhood response and opportunities. This position collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet outreach goals and represent the company professionally in the community. This will be a 1099 position.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • No experience necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to Springfield and nearby canvassing areas
  • Comfort working outdoors for extended periods and walking long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Ability Maintain organized records of interactions and appointments, with basic familiarity with smartphones or tablets.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills for engaging with a wide range of community members.
