Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement data-driven solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
2. Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications
3. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
4. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)
6. Support project planning, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes
7. Continuously improve workflows and business efficiency
8. 
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
4. Excellent communication and documentation skills
5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
2. Familiarity with business process modeling tools
3. Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
