Bilingual Safety Represntative

We are looking for a strong bilingual candidate with experience in high-risk commercial/industrial construction, particularly work at heights experience, MEWPs, scaffolding, swing stages, and fall protection.

Position: Safety Representative – Panel Installation for Data Center

Location: Fayetteville, GA

Duration: 18 months (possibility to extend)

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience in commercial or industrial construction
2. Current OSHA 500
3. BCSP credential (CHST, ASP, CSP, etc.)
4. Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR Part 1926
5. Experience providing safety oversight on active construction sites
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to work effectively with field personnel, subcontractors, project management, and GC safety teams

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide onsite safety oversight for ACM panel installation activities
2. Conduct daily safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions
3. Inspect scaffolding, swing stages, ladders, fall protection systems, and MEWPs
4. Monitor work-at-height activities and fall protection compliance
5. Review AHAs/JHAs and Pre-Task Plans
6. Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning
7. Investigate incidents and near misses and maintain required documentation
8. Coordinate with project management and GC safety personnel
9. Coach field personnel and supervisors on safe work practices
