Our baristas are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machine, grinder, and brewer, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Perform point of sale transactions and maintain accurate cash register records, following established cash handling procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, and restocking supplies.
  • Uphold and promote our Christian values and principles in all interactions with campers, staff, and visitors.
  • Must demonstrate a maturing faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; and confidently articulate that faith.
