1. Posting a Job

To create and publish a job listing:

• Visit the Post a Job page
• Fill out the job title, location, description, and salary
• Choose whether to allow candidates to apply via HiredAi or externally
• Click Publish to make it live

Once published, HiredAi automatically begins matching candidates to your job.

2. Viewing and Managing Applicants

You can manage all incoming applicants from the Recruiter Dashboard.

From here, you can:

• View all candidates who have applied to any of your jobs
• Filter by job, match score, or application stage
• Click any candidate to view their full profile, resume, and notes

3. Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

To track applicants through your hiring stages, use the ATS view.

Each job has its own board, where you can:

• Drag and drop candidates between stages (e.g., Pending, Interviewing, Hired)
• Add internal notes for each applicant
• View collaboration history with your team

4. Searching for Candidates

If you want to proactively find talent, visit the Candidate Search tool.

Use filters such as:

• Keywords (e.g., “cybersecurity”, “TS/SCI”)
• Location, clearance level, or job title
• Availability, experience, and other attributes

HiredAi ranks candidates using AI-powered match scores, helping you find the strongest fits quickly.

5. Application Scoring & Auto-Matching

When applicants apply to your jobs, HiredAi assigns each a Match Score based on skills, experience, location, certifications, and more.

These scores are visible in:

• The ATS Kanban view
• The full candidate profile
• Your dashboard listing
