The Recruiter Dashboard gives you a complete view of your recruiting performance with real-time data and insights.

Key areas include:

KPIs for open jobs, applications, interviews, and hires
Performance charts (applications over time, hiring funnel)
Job-by-job breakdown tables

Collaborator leaderboard

Real-Time KPIs & Stats
See the current number of open jobs, total applications, interviews scheduled, and hires made, all updated live.

Performance Charts
