How it actually works

Most “AI job search” tools today are ChatGPT with a job board taped on. They don’t know your resume. They don’t know the jobs. They just talk plausibly. Ask HiredAI does three things differently.

1. It reads your resume semantically

When you drop your resume, Ask HiredAI doesn’t extract keywords. It builds a semantic understanding of your experience — meaning “Node.js” matches “JavaScript backend,” your title history weighs as much as your skills list, and roles that wouldn’t surface in a normal keyword search show up because they’re a real semantic fit.

A backend engineer with 8 years at startups might never type “platform engineer” into a search box. But the role might be a perfect match. Ask HiredAI will surface it anyway.

2. It knows every live job on the platform

Every match is real. Every link goes to an actual posting that’s accepting applications right now. Ask HiredAI doesn’t invent jobs, doesn’t show stale roles, and doesn’t pad results.
